Starting with football and moving onto ice hockey, sport has always been a huge part of my life. When I decided to give up ice hockey in 2011 I suddenly had no focus. That’s when I found triathlon and have been hooked ever since.
I completed Ironman Nice in 2012 and have primarily been focused on middle distances and below since. I have raced in the GB Age Group team for European Sprint Championships, European long distance championships and at the Ironman 70.3 and Challenge Family world championships.
In 2014 I moved to Australia for a year where I trained with some of Triathlon Australia’s national performance squads. When I returned to Scotland I joined the Hartree JETS triathlon squad.
I ultimately ended up coaching this squad with Joel Enoch which kickstarted my coaching career. All my experiences as an athlete and a coach will help guide you to reach your goals.
